Names Versus Concepts

There appears to be a split in the community over whether this transfer schema is for Names or Concepts or both.

Different views have been expressed as to whether the schema should be

• a Names Schema which could potentially be used as the basis for some Concept Schema in the future
• an all encompassing schema which could handle both Names and Concepts
• a schema that is Concept based with nomenclature data embedded within it.
